BOOKINGS

• On receipt of your booking you will receive a confirmation email
• Full workshop instructions including venue details will be sent to you 14 days before the workshop date
• Minimum numbers apply and courses may be deferred or cancelled if there are insufficient bookings
• Cancellation fees apply if you cancel your booking within 30 days of the workshop start date (see below)
• Special diets are catered for

BOOKING MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION

• No charge for cancelling a booking 30 days or more before the course start date
• No-shows and cancellations requested 30 days or less from the workshop start date will still be liable for the full course fee
• Substitutions (sending an alternative delegate in place of the original delegate) can be made up to 2 days before course commencement without charge
• Substitutions made 2 or fewer days prior to course commencement will incur a cost of $50

PAYMENT TERMS

 The following payment terms apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Jess LaFrankie:

• Payment is due by workshop start date
• Payments can be made in full at the time of booking or alternatively done with partial payments leading up to the event.
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• International payments must be received 5 days prior to course commencement
• Invoices can be paid by cheque, electronic funds transfer, or credit card (Amex/Mastercard/Visa)
• Credit card payments are subject to 2.4% surcharge
